Description
Technology: The wine is made from Kakhuri Mtsvane grapes grown in the Kisiskhevi micro-zone using European technology. The fermentation process takes place at a controlled temperature (25–27°C) in stainless steel tanks. Against the backdrop of the balance between residual sugar and acidity achieved in the wine, fermentation is stopped by cooling to preserve its natural sweetness and freshness.
Taste: This light straw-colored semi-sweet wine with greenish reflections harmoniously blends delicate, airy aromas with tropical fruit. The balanced acidity of its sweet and elegant body, along with its natural sweetness and lively finish, heightens the perception of this wine’s noble qualities. The wine is not modified with chemical or biological additives and contains no preservatives. It is unfiltered, and the formation of a small, noble sediment is possible.
Serving: The recommended temperature is 8–10°C. To perceive the maximum aroma and taste properties of the wine, we recommend pouring it into a glass 20 minutes before tasting. It pairs ideally with all types of fresh salads, fish, various types of cheese, and dry cakes.
