Terms and Conditions
This document constitutes a legal agreement between the user and LLC “Dzmebi Khutsishvilebi” (ID No. 406137327) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By placing an order on the website, you confirm that you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Age Restriction
Since the Company’s activity involves the sale of alcoholic beverages, use of the website and placing orders is permitted only for persons aged 18 or older. By placing an order, the user confirms that they are of legal age.
2. Order Placement and Product Availability
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on the website (name, surname, address, phone number).
The user receives the products they have selected and specified in the online order. The Company is not responsible for incorrectly selected products by the user.
Stock control is automated. In case of stock unavailability, the system will not allow the user to place an order.
3. Delivery Terms
Product delivery is carried out throughout Georgia within the following timeframes:
- Tbilisi: 2–3 business days
- Regions: 5–7 business days
Delivery fees are automatically calculated and added to the product price at the checkout stage.
4. Payment Methods
Payment can be made via:
- Cashless payment — through the TBC Flitt payment system
- Cash on delivery — upon receiving the product
The Company does not store customers’ bank card details. The online payment process is completed on a secure bank page.
5. Return Policy and Liability
Damaged Products
In case of damage to a bottle or packaging during transportation, responsibility lies with the courier service provider. The customer must report the damage upon delivery, in the presence of the courier.
Incorrect Order
Since the customer selects products themselves on the website, the Company is not responsible for products selected by mistake. Returns or exchanges are not provided in such cases.
Delivery Delays
Responsibility for delivery timelines and courier service quality lies with the partner courier company.
6. Privacy
Information provided by the user is used only for order processing, delivery, and communication purposes. Details regarding personal data processing are provided on the “Privacy Policy” page.
7. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
8. Accommodation Booking Terms
This section applies to reservations made for accommodation services provided by the Company.
8.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the user completes the reservation process through the website and receives a confirmation email or system confirmation. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel a booking in case of technical errors or unavailability.
8.2 Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 15:00
- Check-out time: 12:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
8.3 Payment Terms
Depending on the selected rate:
- Full or partial prepayment may be required at the time of booking via the Flitt payment system or other available methods.
- The Company does not store payment card details. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
8.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 2 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival may incur a charge of 20% of the total booking amount.
- In case of no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
8.5 Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including the number of guests and arrival details. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the guest.
8.6 Property Rules and Damages
Guests agree to respect the property rules of the accommodation. Any damage to rooms, property, or facilities caused by the guest may result in additional charges.
8.7 Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for failure to provide accommodation services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
