Description

Technology: The wine is made from Kakhuri Mtsvane grapes grown in the Kisiskhevi micro-zone using European technology. The fermentation process takes place without skin contact at a controlled temperature (25–26°C) in stainless steel tanks.

Taste: This light straw-colored dry wine with greenish reflections harmoniously blends delicate, airy aromas with the scent of tropical fruits. The dry and lively finish of its soft, elegant body, presented against a backdrop of vibrant acidity, pleasantly heightens the perception of this wine’s noble qualities. The wine is not modified with chemical or biological additives and contains no preservatives. It is unfiltered, and the formation of a small, noble sediment is possible.
