Our grapes
The vineyards are located in one of the best wine-growing micro-zone of Georgia, whose area reaches several hectares. The winery uses only its own grapes (Kisi, Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane), which allows you to strictly monitor the quality of wines.
Our corks
Especially for our wines, we order branded corks from Portugal. High quality material allows you to save the taste of wine for many years.
Our barrels
Now in the cellar there are 9 operating Kvevri, with a capacity from 70 to 2,200 liters. Kvevri wines have a special taste, beneficial properties for the body and do not require chemical treatment.
Our aging method
Grape juice is not separated from the skins, bones and even small twigs. It is simply pressed and left to ferment, and then the finished product is filtered. It is this kind of ancient Vietnamese production method that gives the wine a special taste.
